I worked on the content strategy for one of Deloittes clients in the energy sector. This enterprise client owns 5 utility companies compromising close to half of the marketshare when it comes to electricity in the United States.

Lack of consistency across content of all energy companies owned by parent company. too much industry jargon and lack of effective communication leaving customers confused and frustrated when attempting to do simple tasks like pay a bill.
